All teachers are invited to attend the Wasatch Front Regional Civics Training at Utah Valley University in Orem, celebrating the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence. All Secondary teachers are invited to the session on June 8, 2026.

Participants will receive 0.5 USBE credit, a $100 honorarium, paid substitute coverage, resource materials, lunch, snacks, and mileage reimbursement if traveling over 20 miles. The training is designed to provide engaging strategies, classroom-ready resources, and opportunities to collaborate with educators across the region.
